WELCOME AND ENJOY READING!!!

Just a little bit of everything, thoughts, dreams, hopes, experiences... whatever i can think of really!
I was thinking of using this as my "travel diary"...
so friends and family (and who ever is interested) knows where abouts i am and what i'm doing...
I apologize before hand for, spelling errors and such, and for not opdating it on a regular basis, but as a sailor, my access to the Internet is depending on where in the world I am and not always existing... But i'll do it whenever i get the chance... deal? good!
thanks for understanding...
oh and by the way... i write this in English for some dark reason, maybe to practice...?

Boston... getting ready to cross the ocean!

it's early morning, the sun just rose over Boston... freakin' cold, but very beautiful!
i just booked a hotel in Faro, where i'll be staying for 3 nights after the crossing, to come down and mentally prepare myself to come home! it was okay cheap, and they serve breakfast "in bed" if you're not in time for the breakfast buffet in the morning... hehe NICE!!!

Boston, mmm not sure what to say about it, they're very into baseball and hate the Yankees... Yankees vs Red Sox is like Real Madrid vs Barcelona... crazy!
And i think that there's more irish people here than in Dublin... pale as snow, and very difficult to understand, but then again, i don't have that much to say, they do understand me when i order a beer... so eh not that bad!

We're slowly getting ready for the crossing, i still need to find some more Tea and a few other things, but apart from that i'm ready... ready to go home!
the thing is that we have no idea of what to expect weather wise, we prepare for the worst and try to set our minds to a "full combat" crossing, with hard winds, long, wet, cold night watches, so much heeling that you can't really relax anywhere, not even in your bunk! and super seafastening everything, that we won't need like, deckchairs, sunbeds, beer kegs and such...
oh well it's now 7o'oclock we've just been relieved and can now go to bed for a few hours!!!
lovely i miss my bunk and my mexican blanket...

so eh i guess i'll have to continue later...
